Frequently asked questions about MűhelyKontroll

Here you will find answers to the most common questions: what it costs, what happens after the trial, whether you need training, and how we protect your data. If you cannot find something, reach us in the Contact section of the footer.

A one-off registration fee of HUF 1,990 (incl. VAT) - if it turns out not to be for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of payment. Once paid, a 3-month trial begins, during which EVERY module is automatically active and free. One limit: to prevent abuse, at most 25 emails and 25 SMS notifications per day can be sent to your workshop's customers until you start the card-based subscription (100 each afterwards).

No. MűhelyKontroll runs in your browser - there is nothing to install and no training needed: you sign up on your own with your tax number, add your first customer and vehicle, and you can open your first work order straight away. Calendar, work orders, stock and invoicing live in the same system, so you do not have to juggle and keep several different programs in sync.

Yes. MűhelyKontroll runs in the browser, on desktop and mobile alike - there is no separate app to install, so you reach the same screen at the workshop, behind the counter and on the go.

No. The Invoicing Module provides tax-authority-ready online invoicing (indicative HUF 1,990/month), and the invoice can be created from the work order in one click - so you do not enter data twice or keep two programs running in parallel.

Yes. The Base Module (vehicle and customer records, indicative HUF 8,990/month) is always active and you only switch on the other modules when you need them - so the cost fits the size of your workshop. During the 3-month trial you can try every module free of charge.

In the morning it shows the appointments of the day and open work orders, a work order can be opened in a few clicks from the licence plate, the stock follows the work and warns you when a part is running low, a finished work order becomes a tax-authority-ready invoice in one click, and in the evening the Reporting Module charts your work order value and customer retention.

In the final 7 days you can switch off the modules you do not want to keep; the Base Module is part of the subscription. Monthly billing (via Barion) only starts once you authorise automatic recurring payment - which is also only possible in that final 7-day window - or choose the one-off monthly payment. If the fee is not settled within 3 days of the end of the trial, the subscription ends and the account is paused; your data is kept, and you can use it again right away once the fee is paid.

The Base Module (vehicle and customer records) is always active, at an indicative HUF 8,990/month. On top of that you can pick from five independently switchable modules: the Scheduling Portal Module (internal calendar, customer notifications, indicative HUF 3,990/month), the Scheduling Website Module (a public online booking page embeddable in your own website, indicative HUF 2,290/month), the Inventory & Procurement Module (parts stock, alerts, indicative HUF 6,990/month), the Invoicing Module (tax-authority-ready online invoicing, indicative HUF 1,990/month) and the Reporting Module (charted business reports - work order value, popular services, customer retention, indicative HUF 1,990/month). These are indicative prices the provider may change - a change only affects modules activated afterwards, so modules you already switched on keep their locked-in price.

It gives you a public, login-free booking page you can embed as a single iframe on your own website - your customer books a slot right there, and the system automatically checks capacity against your mechanic bays and opening hours. A mandatory captcha, a confirmation link for each booking and booking limits guard against abuse.

Ten charted tiles: monthly work order value, most popular services, customer retention rate, work order turnaround time, stock alerts, average work order value, booking source split, bay utilization, top customers and peak hours - all built from data already in your Portal, with no extra data entry.

You can generate as many single-use links as you like from the Portal - every used link gives you 25% off your next monthly subscription bill. The discount is valid for 1 month from crediting, and at most one discount applies to a monthly charge (details in section 10 of the Terms).

By bank card, through Barion - a licensed, secure payment provider - directly inside the Portal, for both the one-off registration fee and the monthly module subscription.

Modules stay active for a 3-day grace period, the system retries daily, and we notify you by email (with one more warning 2 days before the grace period ends). If it still is not resolved after 3 days, the subscription ends: every module - the Base Module too - switches off and the account is paused, but your recorded data is kept and you can use it again right away once the fee is paid.

Every workshop stores its data in its own, isolated database schema - no other subscribing workshop can reach it. The owner account is protected by two-factor authentication and encrypted password reset. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

No - MűhelyKontroll runs in the browser, on desktop, tablet and mobile alike, on your own subdomain (e.g. yourworkshop.muhelykontroll.hu).

Yes, with the Invoicing Module - a work order can generate an invoice via Billingo in one click, using your own Billingo account.
